Tesla has installed 35,000 Supercharger stalls around the world to promote e-mobility. Charging infrastructure is one of the most important requirements for this.
On Friday, Tesla announced a new milestone: the installation of its 35,000th Supercharger stall. It was installed in China, in the world-famous city of Wuhan. China is one of the most rapidly developing regions in the world, where the manufacturer places particular emphasis on the development of charging infrastructure. To date, around 25% of all installed Superchargers are located there.

The new milestone was reached just seven months after the previous one. In November 2021, Tesla installed its 30,000th Supercharger stall. The first Supercharger ever was installed in September 2012, and in 10 years, the manufacturer has been able to achieve excellent results. By promoting e-mobility, Tesla has gone to great lengths to create the industry from the ground up. Everything from electric vehicles and charging stations to solar panels and storage batteries have been created, distributed, and constantly perfected to accelerate the world's transition to renewable energy.
35,000 stalls around the world are located on almost 3,500 Supercharger stations. The USA is the country with the largest number of charging stations, accounting for about 40% of all existing ones. China is in second place with about 25%.
