Tesla will soon begin delivery of Model Y Performance with AMD Ryzen chips to Europe. The company's parts catalog hints at this, which lists MCU 3 - MCU-Z, which is also installed in the refreshed Model S and X.
Just a few weeks ago, Tesla officially announced Model Y Performance deliveries to China, and as it turned out, they were equipped with AMD Ryzen processors and AMD GPUs, the same as those found in the 2021 Model S and Model X. Already then, it was clear that the export of these refreshed models would undoubtedly begin to Europe, although the timeframe was unclear.
Now, @tesla_adri/Twitter noticed that AMD Ryzen chips have been listed in Tesla's European parts catalog. According to the information, it is suitable for Model 3 and Model Y. In the catalog, its name is MCU-Z, the same as for the chips installed in the refreshed Model S and X. Since the parts have already been added to the catalog, it is expected that Tesla will deliver vehicles with new hardware shortly, although the exact information is not yet available.

That's MCU 3 with the AMD Ryzen CPU/GPU.

In addition to the new chips, Tesla Model Y Performance in China also received features such as dual rear passenger glass and a new 12V lithium-ion battery, which is also installed in the refreshed Model S and X. It is unclear at this point whether Model Y Performance will receive these features, but there is every reason to believe that the cars delivered to Europe will have these updates as well.
