Tesla Solar & Powerwall Continue to Be Installed in Ukraine’s Cities to Provide Energy & Connectivity

Tesla, SpaceX, and Elon Musk continue to provide assistance to Ukraine in various ways to help the country and its people survive during this difficult time. Musk's companies supply SpaceX Starlinks and Tesla Solar and Powerwalls to Ukraine, providing energy and connectivity.

After Russia's aggressive invasion of the territory of the sovereign state of Ukraine, the troops of the invaders continue to commit atrocities, destroying infrastructure, communication towers, and killing the civilian population. The whole world has come together to support the Ukrainians and help them survive. Elon Musk's companies, Tesla and SpaceX, continue to provide assistance however possible. They took a number of measures to help people survive.

Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov shared another informational update. He said that Tesla Solar and Powerwall were installed in two cities of the Donetsk region, where active hostilities are taking place. Tesla equipment will provide power and, in combination with Starlink, will provide a connection, which is critical.

This is not the first time that information has been published about the installation of Tesla equipment to help the citizens of Ukraine. In April, it became known that Tesla Solar and Powerwall were installed in the settlements of the Kyiv region, in two outpatient clinics in Irpin and Borodyanka, which serve the local population who suffered during the occupation. The systems already provide hospital facilities with renewable energy and store the surplus in the Powerwall to provide electricity during outages. Due to the dangerous situation in Ukraine, the Minister and other officials cannot disclose all other locations where critical equipment is installed.

Obviously, Tesla and SpaceX have changed many of their own rules and have become as flexible as possible to provide Ukrainians with vital technologies. On a daily basis, they help the Ukrainian military to counter Russian terrorists who are killing civilians, as well as ordinary people who have suffered from the attack. Without a doubt, Elon Musk’s companies have made and continue to make one of the largest contributions to helping Ukraine among all global companies.
