The first Model Y have already been delivered to the Tesla store in Vancouver, so soon the first customers will receive their long-awaited cars.

At the beginning of the month in anticipation of the first deliveries of Model Y to Canada, which are scheduled for this month, customers began to receive emails in which the company asks the order owners for driver's license, select trade-in and payment options.

A few days ago, a Tesla representative in Vancouver confirmed that the first deliveries of Model Y will begin in June. He also said that they were hoping to get a Model Y demonstration car for their Tesla Park Royal showroom in Vancouver. It should be available for viewing and test-drives also starting this month.

Now, according to Tesla North, Tesla has delivered the first Model Y compact SUV to a store in Vancouver, British Columbia.

So far, the most specific news they have heard is the news of the first deliveries on the west coast. But it seems that the east coast cannot be far behind. The owner of a Model Y reservation in Nova Scotia contacted Drive Tesla Canada to inform them that his delivery consultant had informed him that his model Y would be manufactured this week.

Tesla Vancouver stores have sent out emails asking Model Y reservation holders to complete their online account information. “Tesla Vancouver is expected to be receiving a limited amount of Model Y orders in the Month of June, by completing and submitting your profile it will speed up your delivery process and put you higher in the queue to get into your new Model Y!”

In Quebec, Tesla Model Y reservation holders have been receiving their VINs. Reports of a new wave of Model Y VINs started in the first week of June, the last month of Q2 2020. The increasing amount of reservations holders reporting that they have received their VINs, this suggests that Tesla preparing for another quarter-end push.
