Tesla Model Y Incredible Truck Storage Makes A Perfect Family Car

Tesla is busy road tests of its compact Model Y SUV, so now there are numerous car observations throughout the U.S. and even in Canada. Earlier in few photos we saw the third row of car seats, but clear images of the trunk were still not available.

At the moment, we have already seen many reports that people could observe Model Y and the amount of these messages has been steadily increasing.

We know that Model Y must provide its owners with maximum versatility — the ability to carry 7 passengers and their cargo. Each second row seat folds flat independently, creating flexible storage for skis, furniture, luggage and more. The liftgate opens to a low trunk floor that makes loading and unloading easy and quick.

And today, TeslaOwnersofMA posted the first clear photo of the Model Y trunk made by Thomas Andre Davik.

Judging by the photograph, the rear hatch really looks very roomy for the dimensions of an electric compact SUV. And the trunk itself must have incredible capacity for cars of this class, this is 66 cu ft. Upon closer examination, we can see that it really has a large capacity.

We also managed to notice that under the floor panel there may be additional storage.

Apparently, Model Y will have a lot of storage space, which is one of the key factors for a large number of buyers.

But the automaker went even further. Jason tweeted another interesting photo that shows something unusual. There is a possibility that Tesla will offer Roof racks for Model Y. If this is not so, then at least the company understands that the owners can install them on the roof of the car, so they test the vehicle with it.

Apparently Tesla has created a car that will meet the needs of a large number of people. If necessary, a third row of seats can be installed in Model Y, which will help accommodate more people in the car.
