Production
Model 3 and Y total 87,282 units
Model S and X total 15,390 units
Total: 102,672 units
33% YoY growth
Delivery
Model 3 and Y total 76,200 units
Model S and X total 12,200 units
Total: 88,400 units
40% YoY growth
As the company mentioned in the report, Model Y production started in Jan 2020 and deliveries began in March of 2020

Our delivery count should be viewed as slightly conservative, as we only count a car as delivered if it is transferred to the customer and all paperwork is correct. Final numbers could vary by up to 0.5% or more.
