Tesla China released data summarizing the work of the charging team for August. According to the report, in the past month alone, 40 new Supercharger stations were opened, offering 168 stalls, which were located in 25 cities in mainland China. All Superchargers are equipped with V3 stalls, three, six, or nine per charging station.

To date, Tesla has more than 1,300 Supercharger stations in mainland China offering more than 9,000 stalls, according to released data. In addition, the manufacturer also has more than 700 destination charging stations in mainland China, offering more than 1,800 stalls. Tesla's charging network covers more than 380 cities and regions, offering the best car ownership experience.

Demand for Tesla vehicles in China remains strong. The manufacturer is trying to keep up with its growth by expanding its production lines. Thanks to the latest expansion, Giga Shanghai is able to produce about 90,000 vehicles per month, which has significantly reduced the waiting time for delivery of ordered vehicles in China.
